Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.?  Vishay Applied Thin Film Products is currently seeking applicants for a Technical Sales Reviewer. In this position, the successful candidate will provide support to customer service, engineering, document control, CAD, and to the Specialty Thin Film sales force. The reviewer is responsible for clearly defining all process requirements i.e., metallization, material, drilling, and other processes. The requirements are documented using Excel forms and by sorting and correctly storing documentation (CAD and Prints) from the customer.
 

Job Location:

Vishay Applied Thin Film Products is located in Fremont, CA. This role is an on-site position.
 

What you will be doing:

  • Responsible for assembling and reviewing all customer provided documentation.
  • Data entry of all process and process parameters into an Excel worksheet.
  • Compare all provided customer documentation (CAD drawings, prints and specifications) to the Costing created by Marketing.
  • Communicate with sales, customer service, and engineering any possible process issues, missing costs/process, any information that appears to be conflicting or un-clear. This can include the holding of jobs.
  • Review the customer documentation to ensure the processes are within ATP design guidelines.
  • Determine if the documentation package will require further review by the engineering team.
  • Logging into our MRP system to clock jobs and to input data fields that are required.
  • Complete a variety of measurements and data checks in the customer’s CAD files.
  • Cross-Train document control/CAD team members as required.
  • Use the provided job work instructions and continuously improve the instructions for accuracy with engineering and management.
  • May be required to perform other duties.
     

What you will bring along:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • High degree of computer literacy. Use of Explorer, Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong proficiency is a must.
  • Competency working with AutoCAD is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with mechanical drafting, design, and or reading blueprints/drawings.
  • Must be able to rad and comprehend customer specifications in blueprints/drawings.

Pay Range: $27.00-$30.00 Per Hour
