Introduction to the job
Technical Install Coordinator, you will be responsible of the installation/relo projects and focus on smooth cooperation between different stakeholders, delivery the results as project plan.
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
Role and responsibilities
1. Support project leader from a project[install/Relocation] preparation,execute and finish project. The project preparation including site survey, ordering CMS, PI materials and install tools, making shift plan.
3. Work with SIE to ensure the project progress as plan (CT/labor) & provide support once SIE need; work with SIO on preparation & help need from factory/TS.
4.Manage technical support escalations to ensure clear issue description of the problems for TS and clear action plans for SIE, even solve machine problem by himself.
5.Focus on continuous improvement and follow up on quality issues.
6.Show safety leadership to ongoing project with Gemba, ensure engineer working safely at customer site.
7.Provide feedback of 3rd party and SIE’s performance
Planning and Quality control
1.Making project plan per machine plan and customer site readiness.
2.Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of an ASML lithography tool upgrade/install/relocation.
3.Manage install/relo progress towards the plan and take correction action if out of tracking.
4.Work with logistics to order, return or defect parts and tools, ensure PMR within target.

Bachelor
Skills
1.English communication skills
2.ASML DUV issue trouble shooting skill, can solved common issues when handling a machine installation.
3.Familiar with MS office (Excel & PowerPoint)
4. Good teamwork
5.Flexible to deal with the changes

1. Willing to travel & ok for high frequency travel.
2. Relocate to other site for 6 months~2 years when needed for business.
