Job Duties
As an Executive Assistant to the MSD Executive team, you will perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities and aid in facilitating the efficient operation of the organization.
The ideal candidate is approachable and respectful, comfortable with new technology, virtual meeting platforms and scheduling systems and should be comfortable taking the initiative when faced with administrative decisions.
Communication
- Manages executive distribution lists
- Facilitates communication internally to the division and externally to other Broadcom Divisions and customers.
- Assists with upgrades & technical updates for the executive team
- Participates in team building by maintaining celebration schedules
Vendor Management
- Assist in creating and tracking Vendor Purchase Orders in coordination with finance & Operations as needed
Meeting & Calendar Management
- Manage GM & VP Calendars, schedule meetings, prepare agendas
- Prioritize calendars to ensure handling of sensitive matters
- Operate Audio-visual systems during meetings
- Record minutes and actions
- Work with Operations to schedule prep calls for all customer & executive engagements
Travel Preparation
- Facilitate flight schedules, hotel reservations
- Review & Submit travel expenses - ensuring adherence to corporate policies
- Approve expenses for executives you support (except for any direct that they file the expense for)
- Coordinate logistics for on site & off site meetings
Event & Office Management
- Working with Operations, assist in scheduling event logistic coordination for customer meetings, conferences, and executive 1:1 meetings
- Ensure Supplies are available for office executives, as well as events as needed
- Coordinate with Workplace Services for special events
Coaching, Mentoring & Relationships
- Maintain strong relationships both internally and externally
- Mentor junior-level administrative assistants

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $24.51 - $34.62 per hour
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents.
