Responsibility:
  • As office administrator, leading some jobs,
  • R&D team support; work to manage inventory status of Lab equipment and samples
  • Office management; support to prepare / manage office goods and other office general work
  • Visitors support; support overseas visitors to welcome to Japan office
  • Traveler support; support to prepare for employees’ overseas business travel
  • Finance; support to check employees’ reimbursement request regularly
  • Shipping arrangement; support of domestics and international shipment
  • Others; up to situation
 
Qualification:
  • Group administrative work / related job experience
  • Experience to work for multinational company *nice to have
  • Business level English communication skill and Native level Japanese communication skill
  • Solid PC skill, MS application / Google application
  • Situational communication skill with various type of stake holders
  • Team work skill to deliver outcomes effectively
  • Embraced change behavior
