Summary of Role:
GlobalFoundries' Program Phoenix PMO is seeking an experienced, skilled and motivated Project Manager (PM) to become part of our fast-paced and innovative team. The individual will support ongoing, large scale transformation initiatives and will interface with all levels of leadership across business units to ensure project success. The individual will work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. The individual will report into GLOBALFOUNDRIES IT PMO with a strong dotted line focused on supporting Program Phoenix.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Define project goals, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans using Microsoft Project.
- Oversee the execution of the project, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards. Monitor progress and identify and address any issues or risks that may arise.
- Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress and communicating any changes or issues. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the globe to ensure alignment and positive working relationships.
- Project managers identify and assess potential risks to the project and develop mitigation plans. They monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle and adjust plans as needed.

- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications: (add specific and measurable qualifications, if not applicable, delete.)
- Education - B.S. Degree in Engineering or related technical field or equivalent experience in the semiconductor industry
- 8+ years of project management experience in hybrid Agile environments (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or mixed models)
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, with a proven ability to lead through ambiguity
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience managing delivery in environments with both iterative and milestone-driven work
- Ability to track and manage progress across multiple teams and technologies
- Experience using project and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps & Microsoft Project
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and coordinate across stakeholder groups
- Demonstrated ability to work well within a global matrixed team or environment
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
- Ability to analyze project data, identify problems, and develop solutions.
- Limited domestic and/or international travel may be required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in regulated industries
- Project Management Professional (PMP)®
- PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)®
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
Expected Salary Range
$92,500.00 - $167,000.00
