The Role
As part of Validation team at Ampere, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment. In this position, you will be expected to identify electrical problems, troubleshoot and diagnose issues, and perform necessary repairs. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all work is done in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
What the Team wants you to know
Ampere Silicon Validation teamis expected to be more than just test execution or data collection worker. Validation team plays key role in providing high quality products, that maximizes benefits to customers and minimizes yield loss at the earliest time. Lab team, a part of Validation team, will help install and maintain all instruments and test stations for validation engineers to run their tests smoothly.
What you'll do
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems and perform necessary repairs.
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to optimize electrical systems and equipment.
- Keep accurate records of all work performed and parts used.
- Stay up to date with advances in electrical technology and industry best practices.
What you'll bring
- Experience in electrical maintenance and repair.
- Experience in install software both Linux and Window.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Any of the following is desirable but not required:
- Professional certification in electrical systems
- Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Experience with industrial control systems.
- Experience with electrical testing and measurement equipment.
- Experience with electrical power distribution systems.
- Knowledge of automation and robotics systems.
Education
- Candidate must be pursuing a College Degree in Electric and Electronic / Electronic and Telecommunication / Computer Network as the 2nd or 3rd year Students with strong academic record.
