This position reports to the Team Lead Business Control Sourcing Clusters & Regions in Veldhoven and is responsible for supporting one of the Sourcing Clusters.

Job Mission

• Act as a business partner for Sourcing Cluster.

• Create insights into the Sourcing Cluste and ASML as a whole.

• Help building the finance business insights organization by improvement projects and change management.

• Work on process improvements.

• Working together with other finance teams within ASML.

• Senior stakeholder management.

Job Description

• In this role you will act as a senior controller interacting with controllers as well with business counterparts and external suppliers for the sector Strategic Sourcing & Procurement.

• You will coordinate & execute periodical planning and performance management cycles.

• You will drive adoption of insight based, high quality decision making throughout ASML.

• Partnering with the business and drive optimal supplier decision making.

• Driving optimization and improvement of processes and policies, standardization of worldwide reporting and insight-driven analyses to satisfy the need for management information.

• Management reporting & analysis

• Driving the Sourcing community in cost down initiatives by participating in business improvement projects and validating business cases

• Driving purchasing conditions, reviewing Supplier contracts and validating purchase requisitions

Education and experience

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting with CPA and/or MBA, preferred.

• You have > 8 years relevant experience in Finance roles, including at least 5 years in Finance Business Partnering as part of a Management Team, in large-size international industrial companies, preferably in complex technology businesses.

• Experience with working in a matrix organization.

• Ability and experience of effectively communicating and influencing across all levels of a large global organization.

Context of the position

The job is part of the ASML finance organization, within the Business Insights & Control team. Within this department, we are looking for a (senior) controller for Strategic Sourcing & Procurement. He or she reports to the team lead of the team and will interact with various departments in and outside of finance.
