Job Mission

The Principal System Industrialization Architect drives the development of ASML products by specifying, integrating and verifying the industrialization requirements for defined functions of litho-machines.

The Principal Industrialization Architect acts as the technical leader from an industrialization point of view within his/her own systems function. As a technical leader, you set direction for the team of product, function and module industrialization architects, and act as a technical sparring partner for the Source Laser Industrialization Department Manager.

The Principal System Industrialization Architect identifies industrialization related studies that are required to execute the system function roadmap and beyond. You feed your vision on an industrialized Source Laser into the roadmap of the System Function Architect and System Function Owner.

Core function of this position consists in translating the overall System Design into an architecture that meets critical industrialization requirements such as cycle time, availability and costs, together with a team of all industrialization architects within the department.

The Principal System Industrialization Architect is responsible for creating budget breakdown of critical requirements and balancing the budgets among the different system function users. She/He communicates to and, when necessary, negotiate between the different stakeholders.

The Principal Industrialization Architect reports directly to the Source Laser Industrialization Department Manager.
