Introduction to the Job

  • Within ASML Customer Support (CS) is responsible for the maintenance and continuous improvement of ASML systems at customer locations.
  • One of the departments in this sector is CS DUV Samsung, responsible for providing maintenance support to customers and service engineers within the Customer Support organization.
  • Management assistant will play a key role for SAP coordination & office administration for departments(DUV SEC, OPs, NPI, YS, Cymer,LRC) in Dong-tan IX-tower.
    • Office administrator supports for DUV-SEC Hwasung team with proactive manner and needs to deliver high quality service to managers and employees.  
    • The SAP Coordinator supports material and tool confirmation to return to warehouse and also monitoring to ensure the part/tool cycle time.

Role and Responsibility

  • SAP coordinator(80%)
    • Ensure all materials are confirmed and returned from the FAB on time for maintenance, upgrades and Field Change Orders (FCO). In case of error on SAP process, escalate appropriately to guarantee Part/Tool cycling time within target.
    • Work with CS managers and engineers, CSCM and other ASML sectors to ensure tooling preventive maintenance and calibrations are up to date and scheduled.
    • Conduct administrative processing of transactions such as maintaining the build-in/build-out list in order to maintain a correct configuration of the installed machine in SAP.
    • Work with the project team and local GLS to process material notifications for dead on arrivals (DOA’s).
    • Work with other ASML sectors and ensure proper communication, and other assistance when needed.
    • Research materials in SAP, trace the history of materials in SAP, and escalate materials that are not properly structured in SAP.
    • Work with local warehousing to follow the proper ASML way of working while ordering/returning materials, and their delivery to and from the customer site.
    • Update warehouse personnel regarding the return or allocation of materials in and out of warehouse. Accurately maintain an updated spreadsheet with all material movement to and from warehouses and the customer site.
  • Office administrator(20%)
    • Support and escalate issues to FM(Facility Management) to maintain office goods and EHS related stuff.
    • Support and Information sharing of company events and FM&EHS events for IX-tower employees.
    • Support requests(e.g Parking and badge permission…) from other departments which are related to IX-tower.
    • Other simple office admin work in IX-tower.

  • Proactive mindset to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements as team player.
  • Work is sometimes conducted at a customer site and requires familiarization with customer rules and policies regarding worksite behavior and safety.
  • Followership of ASML code of conduct(e.g Ethic related)

Preferred qualifications for consideration

  • Proven ability to perform effectively in a demanding environment with deadlines. 
  • Demonstrate open, clear, concise and professional communication.
  • Ability to multi-task and capable of working under different work environment pressures.

Education and experience

  • Bachelor's degree or work experience equivalent.
  • Experience with SAP or equivalent software is preferred.
  • Experience in MS Excel and MS Office and various database software programs is preferred
