In this role, you will be part of the Global Operational Excellence & Process Improvement team, where you will be driving process excellence globally and will be working together with the regional People Services teams to ensure efficient and effective HR processes.

Job Mission
 

People Services is the global people contact center for employees and managers worldwide and is responsible for managing all Hire2Retire Operational processes. As a Global Process Expert, you are the driving power behind the design, redesign and continuous improvements for all People Services scoped processes.

Job Description

  • Responsible for the design and re-design Hire2Retire operational processes;

  • Identify and continuously drive improvement opportunities;

  • Responsible for regular updates of the Process Maps (APQC Level 4) & work instruction documents (APQC Level 5) in strong coordination with regional People Services teams;

  • Drive standardization, efficiency gains and simplifications in HR processes globally while also keeping the customer needs in mind;

  • Participate and drive process related projects independently.

  • Build collaborative relationships with involved stakeholders to support the projects in scope in an efficient manner.

Education and experience

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration or similar / focused on Process and/or Project design/management.

  • Min 5 years of experience in local or global process expertise in services, including setting up a process framework & process mapping, combined with a Lean Green Belt certification.

  • Proven track record in Global Process environment or similar

  • Relevant experience in global (HR) process (re-)design, whilst improving the process based on Lean principles.

  • Has specialized  knowledge of process design methods, techniques and processes with good knowledge of the theoretical background, and knows how to utilize this knowledge based on experience.

  • Proven track record of independent project management

Personal skills

  • Consulting agility & style flexibility to understand business needs and translate them into process / technical requirements.

  • Resilient and being able to keep focus in a changing environment

  • Project management skills; ability to initiate and run cross-team projects independently.

  • Proficient in creating insights on data trends and translating these into improvement projects.

This job will reside in the Global People Services team, in which you will report to the Global Manager Operational Excellence and Process Improvement. Your main stakeholders will be the global and regional Operational Excellence experts, the Global People Services Management team, your People Services colleagues, HR Expertise as well as HR Line and cross sector colleagues in similar roles. You will participate in regional and global meetings, projects and continuous improvements. The office location is Veldhoven, the Netherlands.
