GOT CFA Analyst
Responsibilities
- Position is part of the Global Operations Central Finance Analytics group in support of automation and analytics initiatives
- Collaborate with finance leaders around the world to improve existing finance processes and to create and manage analytics solutions
- Supported groups within Global Operations: Consolidation, Foundry, Backend, Inventory, Costing and Procurement
- Design, develop and implement time-saving process improvement projects
- Develop and implement advanced analytics using data transformation techniques and business intelligence tools with the goal of enabling new capabilities
- Assume an existing finance process with the initial goal of understanding it but with the goal of making it more efficient
- Present progress read-outs and proposed solutions to stakeholders (finance leaders and process owners)
- Manage process documentations and workflow analyses
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, accounting, data science, or computer science
- Minor in accounting or at a minimum, completion of basic accounting courses required
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, sales, business operations, or marketing
- Past experiences of improving processes are required
- Experience with programming, process automation, or automated report building is nice-to-have
- Experience with QlikView, QlikSense, Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx, RPA, Python or a similar BI tool is nice-to-have
- Experience in building user-friendly reports/analytics preferred
- Master's degree in data science, MBA or a related field is nice-to-have
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present ideas to stakeholders effectively
- A good track record of problem solving and implementing solutions
- A good track record of learning new and complex processes
- High level of attention to detail
- Fast paced and results driven
- Ability to work in a team setting and contribute to large scale initiatives
