Manufacturing- Warehouse Specialist - Tainan

Introduction to the job

The Warehouse(WH) is within Plan and Logistic. This department is responsible for factory logistic and WH operation to fulfill production and finished goods delivery. The main responsibility of this position is project base toward WH to optimize process.

Role and responsibilities

Warehouse operation

1. Cost reduction and annual budget plan for warehouse operation

2. warehouse outsourcing vendor performance result driven.

3. warehouse and in-fab Process optimization and new comer training

4. 3PL management for sensitive/specialized packing, hoovering moving

5. Recycle of container & shipping box operation

6 Manage and sustain in/outbound deliveries to fulfill factory demands in time.

7 Manage transportation supplier to stabilize domestic deliveries

8.Drive stable outputs from value-added service within warehouse activities

9.Deal with customs regulations and communicate with customs experts for issues and improvements

10 Key user of ERP system for issue escalations and upgrade

11 In charge of cycle count integrity and drive improvement of stock discrepancies

Project management

1. Coordination and completion of projects on time within farming and within scope.

2. Set deadlines, assigned responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress of project of own business scope.

3. Presenting reports for upper management regarding status of project.

Education and experience

1.Bachelor Degree Above

2.5 years experience above in factory warehouse

Skills

1. Have delivery and shipping service parts or capital goods experience related knowledge  and semiconductor /TFT-LCD equipment SCM experience are necessary.

2. Good problem solving skills, communication ability, team spirit, active learning attitude with . achieved, proven worldwide project management cases in English

3. Kanban management or Lean project experience is preferred

4. SAP or Oracle operation experience for Sales Delivery or Material Management  is preferred

5. 3PL outsourcing performance monitor experience is a plus

6.Strong commercial sense and communication skills to manage customer expectations

Other information

1.Shift swift is required(09:00~18:00/16:00~01:00)

2.5%  travel

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
