How you'll contribute:

  • Construct and fortify a high-performing Inside Sales team, transforming leads into impactful sales or appointments. 
  • Design, implement, and execute operational procedures for various programs, collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional departments. 
  • Propel the Inside Sales channel to new heights, ensuring productivity targets are not just met, but exceeded. 
  • Partner with division and corporate teams to develop innovative strategies, identify best practices, and enhance systems and processes for optimal performance. 
  • Collaborate closely with the sales management team to identify opportunities for performance improvement at every level, leveraging cutting-edge sales tools and systems. 
  • Embrace travel (at least 35% of the time) to provide hands-on support to Inside Sales centers and their leadership, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. 
  • Effectively manage the sales budget for the Inside Sales team, maximizing resources for maximum impact. 
  • Contribute to the development and support of target market segmentation strategies in partnership with Channel Sales development and Territory Sales teams. 

A successful candidate should have:

  • 10 years of call center leadership experience, demonstrating a track record of driving results and inspiring teams. 
  • 7 years of Inside Sales leadership/management experience, preferably in Audio/Video and/or Business Infrastructure disciplines showcasing your adaptability and resilience in fast-paced industries. 
  • Proficient in effectively communicating with diverse audiences, leveraging strong interpersonal skills and product expertise. 
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, providing the academic underpinning for your leadership prowess. 
  • Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office, Teams, PowerBI, and CRM (eg. Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc.) 
  • Ability to quickly grasp and manage diverse technical product offerings and solutions, translating technical intricacies into compelling sales strategies.
