Analog Devices is recruiting a dynamic and driven Senior Human Resources Business Partner to help support our growing Beaverton campus. In this role, you will work closely with managers, leaders, and internal HR professionals to develop and deliver HR best practices to support the business's vision, mission, and overall objectives.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Advises managers & supervisors, providing feedback on personal leadership & organizational effectiveness.
- Executes workforce strategy initiatives and change management plans to meet organizational objectives.
- Workingclosely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Analyzing data, metrics, and trends to problem solve and make recommendations.
- Resolving complex employee relations issues; recommend long-term root cause solutions.
- Deliver talent programs e.g., employee development, performance enablement and compensation in partnership with corporate HR functions.
- Researching, developing, and implementingHR policies for legal compliance, employee relations, organizational development, employee compensation, and benefit programs.
- Designing, developing, and executing full-cycle recruitment plans and talent sourcing strategies.
Experience and skills needed:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3+ years in the Hi-Tech industry sector.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
- HR Certification (PHR) preferred.
- Demonstrated strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal labor laws (EEO, ADA, FMLA, OFLA, Wage & Hour, Worker’s Compensation).
- Demonstrated business Acumen to understand the business model, operations, and financial structure.
- Developing and delivering recruiting and hiring programs.
- Developing and delivering HR training programs to supervisors and managers.
- Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills that have translated into solutions.
- Strong tolerance for ambiguity and pragmatic, proven judgment.
- Builds coalitions and long-term working relationships across multiple functions and disciplines.
A successful candidate will need to be onsite a minimum of four days per week.
