Become a founding member of the newly created Global Sourcing of Equipment and Materials Costa Rica shared service center.

As a Shared Service Center Materials Manager, the primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Engage with Intel factory stakeholders throughout the world and help execute strategies related to bills of materials creation, materials acquisition, inventory health/optimization, and other programs to support factories and reduce Intel's overall costs.
  • Analyze data and help develop improved business processes and metrics.
  • Coach newer shared service center employees and provide assessments to stakeholders at multiple levels, establish contingency/gap closure plans, and closely monitor program indicators.

Qualifications


Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.

  • Bachelor, Licenciatura or Master's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or similar.
  • 4 year of work experience in a technology, manufacturing or pharmaceutical company.
  • Advance English level.
  • Advanced Excel and Data Analytics Skills.
  • Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

  • Supply Chain knowledge
  • Analytical and Problem-solving skills (LEAN methodology - advantage)
  • Statistics knowledge
  • SAP knowledge
  • ServiceNow knowledge

Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
