Become a founding member of the newly created Global Sourcing of Equipment and Materials Costa Rica shared service center.

As a Shared Service Center Materials Manager, the primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Engage with Intel factory stakeholders throughout the world and help execute strategies related to bills of materials creation, materials acquisition, inventory health/optimization, and other programs to support factories and reduce Intel's overall costs.
Analyze data and help develop improved business processes and metrics.
Coach newer shared service center employees and provide assessments to stakeholders at multiple levels, establish contingency/gap closure plans, and closely monitor program indicators.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.

Bachelor, Licenciatura or Master's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or similar.
4 year of work experience in a technology, manufacturing or pharmaceutical company.
Advance English level.
Advanced Excel and Data Analytics Skills.
Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Supply Chain knowledge
Analytical and Problem-solving skills (LEAN methodology - advantage)
Statistics knowledge
SAP knowledge
ServiceNow knowledge

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
