Summary:

The Qorvo SAW R&D team is looking for a process technician to support development of the next generation surface acoustic wave wafer fabrication.

Responsibilities:

• Work with process integration and engineering teams to complete experiments on semiconductor equipment such as etch, CMP, photo, deposition.
• Run metrology equipment such as optical microscope, SEM, AFM.
• Provide feedback to development engineers on process results.
• Work closely with the development engineering teams to perform lot dispositions (holds).
   

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates degree or above in a STEM discipline is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience working in a semiconductor wafer manufacturing facility.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with other engineers in a dynamic, team based environment.
• Possess an understanding of DoE, SPC, and other statistical tools/methods.
• This factory position requires wearing cleanroom attire and protective equipment; bending, twisting, lifting up to 25 pounds, and standing for extended periods of time during a shift will be required.
