Introduction to the job

NPI project engineer is the bridge between Manufacturing and D&E. The role of  NPI project engineer is basically responsible for introducing the products designed by D&E into the manufacturing factory for production. This typically means interfacing with teams in Asia, the Netherlands and the U.S.

Your activities can broadly be divided into three types: early involve Module/System validation through Proto build at D&E side, and validate Module/System build and 1st-line troubleshooting  on Pilot build, and ensure Module/System build KT transfer to HVM team.

Role and responsibilities

  • Early involve to D&E side to hands-on Module/System Proto build.
  • Take ownership of Pilot build from start up to handover to HVM team.
  • Follow ASML’s 6P process to validate Module/System on Proto/Pilot build.
  • 1st-line troubleshooting support on Pilot system.
  • Ensure Module/System build KT transfer to HVM team.

Education and experience

Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Opto-electrical, Physics. complimented with 2+ years of relevant work experience in manufacturing industry or the position in technical roles.
