Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs technical support activities related to THO MSL support with engineering approaches to effectively respond to each work request in terms of productivity, quality and cost.
- Operation under the Electron Microscope / Focus Ion beam / Scanning probe machine performs related work as required.
- To perform with any sample’s preparation of the Electron microscope / Ion Beam Dual beam / Scanning probe technique.
- Prepares data or necessary report as assigned by supervisor.
- Follows up engineering issues as assigned by supervisor.
- Support engineer to maintain equipment performance in order to minimize equipment downtime.
- Keep our laboratory clean and neat to ensure reliability data delivery.
- Support and follow WDTH HR rules and regulations.
- Support and follow Legal requirement (EMS, OHSMS), Regulatory Requirements (e.g. RBA, QMS, IMS).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Diploma or higher degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation or related areas
- 0-2 years of experience in Chemical, Scientific, Laboratory, or related fields
- If an area have equipment related to radiation needs to pass qualify by the authority of RSO (Radiation Safety Office)
PREFERRED:
- Have related experience in a hard disk drive or electronics industry.
- Experienced in analytical instruments (AFM, SEM/EDX, FIB, TEM, etc.) is more advantageous.
- Contamination analysis or HDD failure analysis background is more advantageous.
