Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with the lapping engineering team to develop new process or to improve current process capability
- An individual contributor in a technical team with specialized knowledge to deliver technology solutions aimed to develop products and/or solving business problems.
- The assigned task will be related to, but is not limited to areas of Mechanical, Electrical, and Chemical Engineering.
- Cross-team leadership and collaboration will also be a big part of the responsibilities that come with the position.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in the field of Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, Mechatronics or their equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years in a Development engineering role or any applicable role in HDD business or Electronics industry
PREFERRED:
- Experienced in assembly or manufacturing set-up. A background in HDD-related field will be a plus.
- Will to be assigned and work in multiple manufacturing sites located in different countries
SKILLS:
- Able to communicate and have a good command of the English language
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoints, Excel, and Word
- Knowledgeable in statistical software and its practical applications
