Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement new cleaning technology for best-in-class cleanliness and meet the new customer requirement.
- Setup the new Equipment/Process KPI to align with the company and the interested party’s goal.
- Identify critical parameters for reliable and process robustness
- Create and setup the monitoring system for the equipment control.
- Perform the equipment/process FMEA
- Understand the fundamental of new materials, and given the right cleaning process
- Advise and Manage failure analysis for products defect
- To manage new products qualification per committed timeline.
- Supervise, control, and follow-up the working performance to resolve any products defect.
- To encourage and drive all Equipment/Process parameters and data to be the central Virtual Factory Console
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical, Science, Chemistry, Physics or equivalent.
- At least 5 years in related position.
- Work in semiconductor or HDD business especially slider fabricate and/or Head glimbal assembly process is advantage.
PREFERRED:
- Proficiency in Microsoft office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CAD, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, JMP and Minitab
SKILLS:
- Technical problem solving skill.
- Leadership
- Computer literacy
- Process/Equipment/Maintenance skill
- Good command of spoken and written English.
