Job Summary
Sustain and improve die yield for semiconductor manufacturing processes by ensuring equipment and processes are optimized, monitored, controlled, and reliable.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Sustain current processes to achieve die yield goals. Monitor current processes to ensure process complies with necessary parameters and provides a base line for any necessary process enhancements.
- Drive manufacturing to improve yields by improving electrical distributions and levels of defectivity.
- Coordinate work with customers and internal manufacturing to improve die yield and reliability.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or other closely related field required
- 3-5 years’ directly related experience preferred but will consider a strong recent college graduate.
- Significant CMOS and Bipolar device knowledge.
- Skills in problem solving and organization
- Skills in yield analysis
- Communication skills
