Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs technical support activities related to manufacturing with engineering approaches to effectively respond to each work request in terms of productivity, quality and cost.
- Releases, adds and changes process instruction
- Establishes appropriate performance report.
- Performs process monitoring, improvement, problem solving.
- Co-ordinates with other sections including oversea organization concerning technical issues related to the product.
- Develops subordinate's performance with proper training and supervision.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related field.
- 1- 5 years in Engineering, Quality or related field.
PREFERRED:
- Failure analysis knowledge
- 4IR knowledge
- Lean and 6-sigma
SKILLS:
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Spotfire, SQL, Python, Excel
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
