We are seeking an accomplished and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Intel Foundry Order To Cash team. The ideal candidate will specialize in technology operations, SAP ERP platform upgrades, Merger and Acquisition integrations, and process optimization. This role is pivotal in delivering high-impact projects across diverse business units, focusing on system design, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration, with a strong emphasis on B2B integration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead business analysis efforts for ERP transformations, including SAP implementations focused on order management, billings, and rebates.
• Analyse complex business challenges and translate them into clear business requirements and technical solutions.
• Review and approve system configuration, testing, security, integration, and user acceptance documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirement, conduct fit-gap analysis, and manage change impacts.
• Develop and validate test scripts and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality and process alignment.
• Collaborate with the cutover planning and execution team to ensure data accuracy and integrity during migration cycles.
• Deliver Hypercare post-implementation support, resolving issues promptly to ensure business continuity.
• Partner with IT team in developing B2B integration solutions and mapping documents for SAP sales orders, delivery, and billings.

This position is initially target for 18 months.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate or higher degree in Administration, Supply Chain, or Management, or related field.

3+ years of expertise with/in:

SAP end-to-end order-to-cash processes, including Order, Delivery, Billing, Accounts Receivables, and Intercompany

• SAP Sales and Distribution, Order, Tax, Pricing, Billing, and Output functionality

• Implementing global and local sales tax, VAT, and GST requirements on Order-to-Cash transactions

• SAP Sales and Distribution automated batch job processes and batch job sequencing and dependencies

1+ years of experience with in:

• Understanding of background intercompany processes for cross-company code transactions

• SAP inbound and outbound IDOC processing and integration with other systems

• SAP projects and phases of system development life cycle

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:

 

 

$52,000.00-$200,000.00

Work Model for this Role
