ASML finance department operates in a dynamic environment where learning, commitment, business partnering, flexibility and continuous improvement are top of mind.
We are looking for a professional who makes difference to simplify, standardize and automate for ensuring end to end processes in place for all Asia entities of the fast growing company. (Korea/ Taiwan/ China/ Japan/ Singapore/ Malaysia)
Role and responsibilities
As a Financial accounting specialist you are expected to work on closing, reconciliation regarding general, payroll, OPEX for whole Asia entities(Korea, Taiwan, China, etc.)
- Key user for Opex processes and systems.
- Entering financial data and transactions into the ledger
- Perform monthly closing activities according to the corporate schedule
- Reviewing financial documents for accuracy and reconciling accounts
- Check open items and make clearing
- Assist in local statutory reporting and tax filing.
- Provide accounting data upon the ad-hoc basis in the timely manner.
- Contribute to enforce cross regional collaborations with finance teams in different regions
- Make recommendations for process improvement in workflow
- Any other tasks assigned by managers
Education and experience
- 3 ~ 7 years relevant experience in finance or accounting preferably in auditing environment)
- Experience in working in multinational environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required
- Knowledge and experience with US GAAP, IFRS, and local GAAP
- Ability to proficiently use MS office tools and experience in SAP is an added advantage
- Preferred professional certification (e.g USCPA/CMA/CPA)
- Fluent in written & spoken English;

- Proactive and communicative personality who can connect with other layers in fast growing company.
- Ability to multi-task, able to set priorities and work cross-functional together with other colleagues
